افتتحت اليوم الأربعاء أعمال الجمعية العامة الـ16 للمنظمة الأفريقية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة “الأفروساي” التي يستضيفها ديوان المحاسبة الليبي، وذلك بحضور رئيس المجلس الرئاسي “محمد المنفي” ورئيس ديوان المحاسبة “خالد شكشك” ووكيل الديوان “عطيةالله حسين عبد الكريم” ووزير المالية “خالد المبروك”.
وافتتح رئيس منظمة الأفروساي رئيس محكمة الحسابات بالسنغال أعمال الجمعية، مرحبا فيها بالحضور، وأثنى على استضافة ليبيا والديوان للجمعية العامة، مؤكدا على الدور المهم للعمل الرقابي الإفريقي المشترك.
وألقى رئيس الديوان كلمة رحّب فيها برئيس المجلس الرئاسي، ورؤساء الأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة والمشاركين في الدورة السادسة عشر، مؤكدا على أهمية العمل المشترك والتنسيق المستمر لتطوير عمل المنظمة، بما يفضي إلى تعزيز العمل الرقابي على مستوى القارة الأفريقية.
من جانبه رحّب رئيس المجلس الرئاسي برؤساء الوفود، وكافة الأعضاء المشاركين الذين حلوا ضيوفا على ليبيا، مؤكدا دعم المجلس الرئاسي للمنظمة لكونها تؤدي إلى دعم متطلبات الشفافية والمساءلة، وحماية المال العام.

The 16th General Assembly of the African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI) officially commenced today, Wednesday, hosted by the Libyan Audit Bureau. The opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, the President of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, the Undersecretary of the Bureau, Atiyatallah Hussein Abdul Karim, and the Minister of Finance, Khaled Al-Mabrouk.
The President of AFROSAI and President of the Senegalese Court of Auditors inaugurated the assembly, extending a warm welcome to the attendees and commending Libya and the Audit Bureau for hosting the event. He emphasized the significance of collaborative African oversight work in strengthening the shared role of financial auditing across the continent.
In his speech, the President of the Audit Bureau welcomed the President of the Presidential Council, as well as the heads of supreme financial oversight institutions and participants in the 16th session. He emphasized on the importance of joint efforts and ongoing coordination to advance the organization’s work, ultimately enhancing financial oversight across Africa.
The President of the Presidential Council also addressed the attendees, welcoming the heads of delegations and all participants who had arrived as guests of Libya. He reaffirmed the Presidential Council’s support for the organization, highlighting its vital role in promoting transparency, accountability, and public financial protection

La 16e Assemblée Générale de l’Organisation africaine des institutions supérieures de contrôle des finances publiques (AFROSAI) a officiellement débuté aujourd’hui, mercredi, accueillie par le Bureau de Contrôle de la Libye. La cérémonie d’ouverture a été marquée par la présence du Président du Conseil Présidentiel, Mohamed Al-Menfi, du Président du Bureau de Contrôle, Khaled Shakshak, du Secrétaire Général du Bureau, Atiyatallah Hussein Abdul Karim, et du Ministre des Finances, Khaled Al-Mabrouk.
Le Président de l’AFROSAI et Président de la Cour des Comptes du Sénégal a inauguré l’assemblée, en adressant un chaleureux accueil aux participants et en félicitant la Libye ainsi que le Bureau de Contrôle pour l’organisation de cet événement. Il a souligné l’importance du travail de contrôle africain collaboratif pour renforcer le rôle partagé de l’audit financier à travers le continent.
Dans son discours, le Président du Bureau de Contrôle a salué le Président du Conseil Présidentiel ainsi que les chefs des institutions suprêmes de contrôle des finances publiques et les participants à la 16e session. Il a insisté sur l’importance des efforts conjoints et de la coordination continue pour faire avancer le travail de l’organisation, et ainsi améliorer le contrôle financier à travers l’Afrique.
Le Président du Conseil Présidentiel a également pris la parole pour accueillir les chefs de délégation et tous les participants venus en tant qu’invités de la Libye. Il a réaffirmé le soutien du Conseil Présidentiel à l’organisation, soulignant son rôle essentiel dans la promotion de la transparence, de la responsabilité et de la protection des finances publiques.
